We are looking for an accountable and detail-oriented Receiving Team Leader who is positive and driven. Our Receiving Team Leader will execute day to day operations in our store's back room and receiving area. They will be responsible for maintaining an organized back room with proper inventory levels. This will ensure excellent store in-stock conditions and will provide a memorable experience to all our customers.
A Receiving Team Leader is a self-starter and is always ready to learn. An Receiving Team Leader can work at a fast pace, has a keen eye for safety and will be responsible for setting the store up for operational success.

The range displayed reflects the range the company reasonably expects to pay for the position. The actual compensation offered to the selected individual(s) will depend on their relevant education, training, or experience, among other bona fide factors.
Expected Minimum Pay Rate: USD $28.32/Hr. Expected Maximum Pay Rate: USD $28.32/Hr.
ResponsibilitiesA Receiving Team Leader is a responsible, organized person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide support to all areas of the store which serves as the basis for successful store operations.
An Receiving Team Leader's responsibilities include:
- Receiving and unloading of merchandise ensuring quality, count, and condition.
- Great organizational skills, maintaining a neat and clean back room and dock area.
- Processing vendor statements and bills on a weekly basis
- Excellent communication skills, with store team members and vendor partners
- Supporting overall in-stock conditions through store operations and vendor support to enhance the customer experience
- Ordering for various areas throughout the store and maintaining proper inventory control throughout the store.
- Follow all Company Policies in order to reduce waste and unnecessary costs and provide increased profitability.
- All other tasks, as assigned
- Ensure compliance with all company and store policies and procedures (and thus compliance with all state and federal laws applicable to this industry).
Desired qualifications include:
- Friendly and customer service oriented.
- Grocery or similar experience desired
- Self-motivated, with a high attention to organization, detail, quality, and presentation
- Skills to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
- Ability to work independently, effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, understand and follow through on verbal and written directions
- Ability to reliably meet required work schedule and adhere to company attendance policy
Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for an extended period:
Standing, Sitting, Lifting + Stocking (Up to 50 lbs.), Pushing, Keyboarding, Telephone Use, Walking, Bending
Must be 18 years of age
