** Merry Meritage at Meritage Resort & Spa is a seasonal holiday experience featuring an outdoor ice rink, festive activations, family entertainment, retail offerings, and memorable guest experiences throughout the holiday season. Our rink and retail team plays an important role in creating an organized, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for guests from the moment they arrive.

We are looking for our next
** Rink & Retail Attendant
** to join our seasonal team. This role is ideal for a team member who is comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems, enjoys interacting with guests, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced public environment.

As a Rink & Retail Attendant, you will be primarily responsible for checking guests into the ice rink, managing reservations and session information, operating retail outlets, processing transactions, and assisting guests throughout their Merry Meritage experience. You will work closely with the ice rink, retail, food and beverage, and resort teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
** Who You Are
** You are welcoming, organized, and comfortable working directly with guests. You have proficient computer skills and are confident learning and using reservation systems, point-of-sale systems, ticketing platforms, email, and other technology used to support daily operations.

You communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail, and are able to remain calm while assisting multiple guests during busy periods. You take pride in maintaining accurate transactions, organized retail displays, and a positive guest experience. ** What You'll Do
*** Check guests into the ice rink and verify reservations, tickets, waivers, session information, and other required documentation.
* Welcome guests and provide clear information regarding rink sessions, operating procedures, skating requirements, rental equipment, and Merry Meritage activities.
* Operate reservation, ticketing, computer, and point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
* Process admissions, retail purchases, rentals, exchanges, refunds, and other transactions in accordance with company procedures.
* Assist guests with online reservations, digital waivers, check-in questions, and technology-related issues.
* Operate assigned retail outlets, including Noel & Company and other Merry Meritage retail locations.
* Sell merchandise, gifts, holiday products, concessions, and other retail offerings while providing knowledgeable and enthusiastic service.
* Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
* Reconcile cash drawers, point-of-sale activity, inventory records, and other assigned financial responsibilities as directed.
