Summary
Provides personalized, customer-focused service and an inspiring shopping experience. Supports sales goals while sharing knowledge of fashion, styling, and brand offerings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives.
- Assist customers with styling, fitting room needs, and available programs and offerings.
- Maintain sales floor, stockroom, operational, and visual standards, including replenishment and floor sets.
- Collaborate with the team, participate in training, and share customer and product feedback with management.
Requirements
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
