We're looking for experienced technicians who take their profession seriously, know how to work efficiently, and want to grow with a company that values its employees.
This is a profession, not just a job.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED — NO EXCEPTIONS
Applicants must have at least one full year of verifiable, paid, professional window cleaning experience.
We are not hiring entry-level window cleaners.
Cleaning your own windows with Windex and paper towels does not count as professional window cleaning experience.
Qualified applicants should already have experience with professional window cleaning equipment and techniques, including:
- Professional squeegee techniques.
- Interior and exterior window cleaning.
- Residential and commercial window cleaning.
- Window screens, frames, tracks, and sills.
- Safe ladder handling and use.
- Professional customer service.
- Efficient, high-quality workmanship.
We're especially interested in technicians with experience in:
- Professional gutter cleaning.
- Professional pressure washing.
- Professional house washing and soft washing.
- Solar panel cleaning.
- Water-fed pole systems.
- Commercial storefront cleaning.
- Screen repairs.
Experience with multiple services is strongly preferred.
We provide training on our equipment and company procedures, but applicants must already understand the fundamentals of professional window cleaning.

That's why our technicians earn a commission based on the value of the jobs they complete.
Our experienced technicians typically earn the equivalent of $35–$75 per hour during active jobs.Your earnings depend on your productivity, the jobs completed, and the quality of your work.
The more efficiently you complete excellent work, the greater your earning potential.
We don't believe a highly skilled technician should have to earn the same amount as someone who works at half their pace.
