Come join our Spa! We are hiring a Female On‑Call Massage Therapist. This is an hourly position, and the schedule will vary based on business needs.

Massage Therapists are essential in performing all massage and body treatments for our guests while providing the highest level of service and professionalism. Massage Therapists must also ensure customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons Standards and policies.

• Set‑up and maintain Spa including refreshments in pre‑treatment and treatment areas.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with Spa services.
• Assist guests to their appointments as they relate to Spa services.
• Adhere to the facial sequence of service when performing skincare treatments.
• Ensure an adequate supply of all guest supplies and amenities within the treatment room and lounges and ensure immaculate presentation of these items.
• Ensure treatment rooms are carefully stocked with linen and supplies at all times.
• Maintain clean work areas in Spa Dispensary and Staff Room.
• Appropriately utilize reservation systems, maintenance records, and Guest Experience database as vehicles of communication to ensure guest satisfaction with all services provided.
• Adhere to Four Seasons standards and massage and body treatment sequences of service.
• Properly prepare, operate and clean/sanitize all equipment in the treatment rooms and Spa areas.
• Ensure compliance of daily, and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all areas of treatment rooms are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high quality presentation and repair of all equipment.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Massage license is current as per California State Law.
• CPR, First Aid Certified preferred.

* This position is not eligible for work sponsorship/visa. Candidates must possess valid US work authorization.

• Hourly Rate: $21.68 plus commission on treatments and retail sales.
