Driver
Location: Napa, CA
Pay: Starting at $18/hr
Schedule:
Full-Time
Napa Valley Care Center is seeking a dependable and friendly Driver to support our residents with safe, reliable transportation. If you enjoy helping others, driving locally, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:- Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and facility activities
- Assist residents in and out of the vehicle with care and professionalism
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, routine checks, and maintenance reporting
- Follow all safety protocols and transportation policies
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the facility positively while on the road
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to assist residents with mobility needs
- Previous experience as a driver in healthcare preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Supportive, team-oriented work environment
