Warehouse Associate Back-up Driver at One Source Distributors

One Source offers electrical products and services to contractors and operates throughout Arizona, Hawaii and California as part of the Sonepar group.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate Back-up Driver in Napa, CA who has a high school diploma or GED, or 6 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A clean driving record is required. Electrical, industrial and/or distribution experience is preferred but not required.

What You Will Do

• Read orders—customer, work, shipping and transfer—to determine products to be moved, gathered or distributed.
• Convey material and products from receiving to storage or other designated areas.
• Scan, sort and place material on racks, shelves and/or bins according to predetermined warehouse location.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place on pallets or shelves; or convey orders to the packing station or shipping department.
• Prepare parcels for mailing.
• Complete cycle counts and verify quantities of stock on request.
• Serve as a backup driver on an as‑needed basis.

What You Will Bring

• Electrical, industrial and/or distribution experience (preferred but not required).
• High School diploma or G.E.D.; or
• 6 months of related experience and/or training; or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clean driving record.

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

• Long and varied hours required occasionally.
• Ability to perform mandatory physical inventory.
• Ability to work in extreme hot or cold environments.
• Ability to work in dusty conditions.

· 2:00 PM M‑F

Salary Range This non‑exempt position pays $20.19 – $23.57 per hour, based on the primary California location.
