Staff Accountant
Looking to grow your accounting experience in a hands-on finance role with exposure to cash applications, reconciliations, billing support, and customer account management? This Staff Accountant opportunity offers valuable experience working directly with finance leadership while contributing to key accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
- Process daily cash applications and maintain accurate account records.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations and resolve account discrepancies.
- Support billing operations and partner with account managers to address customer billing issues.
- Monitor past-due accounts and assist with collection efforts and outstanding balance resolution.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support annual 1099 processing and other accounting activities.
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
- Accounting, Finance, or related accounting experience.
- Experience with cash applications, billing, accounts receivable, or account reconciliations.
- Ability to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
