The Client Service Associate position provides an opportunity to build lasting client relationships while delivering assistance that makes a difference. We’re looking for individuals who excel in communication, problem-solving, and multitasking in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and administrative needs
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication
  • Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and follow-up
  • Process client transactions (e.g., cash transfers, beneficiary changes, portfolio updates)
  • Assist with account opening, maintenance, and updates (e.g., transfers, registration changes)
  • Ensure accurate processing of transactions in compliance with regulations and policies
  • Collaborate with Wealth Advisors and team to address client needs and resolve issues
  • Conduct research and analysis to support client inquiries and projects
  • Maintain client records and update information as needed
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for clients and firm use
  • Operate office equipment and stay updated on office management techniques
  • Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Prior CSA experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management and prioritization abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of investments, insurance, and financial planning.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
