Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within residential and commercial construction markets.
- Build and nurture client relationships to foster long‑term partnerships and repeat business.
- Represent Go Easy Construction with professionalism and authenticity at meetings, networking events, and site visits.
- Develop sales strategies and lead generation plans aligned with company goals.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients to ensure expectations are met.
- Collaborate across departments to create proposals, bids, and marketing strategies.
- Provide market feedback to help shape future offerings and growth strategies.
- Work closely with ownership to support company‑wide initiatives in the early stages of expansion.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial construction processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to client experience.
- Self‑starter who thrives in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Comfortable working in varied environments, from client meetings to job sites.
- No specific licenses or certifications required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
