Kid Strong wants you to join our team as a Coach! As a Coach, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

• Coach Like a Pro:
  Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids aged 3‑11.
• Master of Curriculum:
  Understand Kid Strong’s programs and communicate them with flair.
• Achieve Coach Certification and continuously upgrade your skills through our training programs.
• Family Friend:
  Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class.
• Class Commander:
  Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time.
• Family Connector:
  Keep families engaged and excited about Kid Strong.
• Coach all‑day activities such as classes, camps, movie nights, and anything else center leaders may ask.

• Event Enthusiast:
  Assist in community events and center initiatives.
• Clean & Green:
  Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our center.

• Passion for Kids:
  Non‑negotiable. You must love working with children.
• Coaching Background:
  Experience with kids aged 3‑11 is required.
• Communication Whiz:
  Comfortable speaking to parents and guardians.
• Energetic & Fun:
  Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
• Mentorship Magic:
  Able to mentor other coaches with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR Certified or Willing to obtain it.

Compensation: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour.

Kid Strong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical, and character development for ages 3‑11. We offer a science‑based curriculum that is parent‑focused and taught by professionals.
