School Bus Drivers

Overview

Join our exceptional School District as a Bus Driver. We have multiple positions and routes available! School Bus Permit preferred, but we are willing to train. Benefits for working for a school district include health insurance if work 25 hours a week or more, state IMRF pension plan, holiday pay, and opportunity for extra work/overtime if desired.

• 2025/2026 Starting Rate (no prior experience) - $23.35
• 2025/2026 Rate for experienced drivers* - $24.52
• * Hiring team will determine pay rate based off of licensure and experience
• Shift: Varies - Up to 8 per day
• Hours per day: N/A
• Scheduled during student attendance days
• Opportunity for extra work during summer and field trips
• Annual Shift Stipend: N/A
