We are open to considering candidates with varying levels of experience for this position. The salary will be commensurate with the skills and qualifications you bring to the role.

We are looking for a civil engineer with five or more years of experience to join our team in Naperville. A self-starter with good communication skills is essential. Self-discipline, willingness to learn, and flexibility are also required. The ideal candidate for this position will provide efficient and detailed work. They will be responsible for the development of project designs and construction documents by utilizing the most current version of AutoCAD.

Projects will be related to:

• Commercial site design
• Residential site design
• Grading
• Drainage
• Erosion control
• Other civil-related projects

• B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• At least five years of civil site design experience.
• MS Office experience (Word and Excel).
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• Experience mentoring engineers.
• Experience with construction observation and utilizing various surveying equipment.
