Position SummaryReporting to the Sr. Manager, Accounting, the Treasury Analyst supports daily treasury operations, cash management, liquidity analysis, banking administration and debt management activities at the Naperville, IL office.
Responsibilities- Monitors and analyzes daily cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
- Executes wire transfers, bank account funding, and other payments for the organization.
- Supports management of banking relationships and assists in opening and closing of bank accounts.
- Reconciles bank accounts and resolves discrepancies in coordination with accounting.
- Maintains compliance with internal controls, treasury policies and audit requirements.
- Collaborates with cross‑functional teams including Accounting, FP&A and Tax on cash‑related initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance or accounting.
- Experience with treasury management systems, ERP platforms and online banking portals preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Oracle R12 experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus.
- Competitive compensation: base salary $67,235‑$103,400 with potential bonus/commission.
