Full-time, 32 hours per week.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 9:30 am-6:00 pm or 11:30 am-8:00 pm, with two weekend days per month 7:30 am-4:00 pm; holiday and travel as needed.

• Perform a variety of complex diagnostic MRI procedures.
• Complete diagnostic studies from inception to completion under radiologist direction.
• Perform routine MRIs and MRAs, administer IV contrast, take patient histories, start IVs.
• Maintain a positive imaging environment and act as patient liaison.
• Perform quality assurance checks on equipment and procedure areas.
• Ensure MRI safety standards are met, ferromagnetic materials removed, emergency shutdown procedures followed.
• Operate required equipment to produce scans under established guidelines and MRI protocols.
• Complete protocol tasks, perform examinations per written MRI protocols with proper identification, patient education, IV management, and documentation.

• Graduate of an accredited MRI education program.
• ARRT Registered Technologist, RT(MR) or ARMRIT Certified Technologist.
• BLS – Basic Life Support, AED Adult & Pediatric CPR.
• Minimum one year MRI imaging experience.
• Physical stamina: standing for prolonged periods, bending, reaching, repetitive motion, lifting/pushing/pulling 50-100 lbs.
• Good vision, hearing, communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, maintain composure and positive attitude under stress.

Base pay range $32.65-$49.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
