The Tidy Queens is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at a premier outpatient surgical center. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for patients and staff by following strict healthcare cleaning protocols.

• Perform daily cleaning and disinfection of operating rooms, pre-op/post-op areas, and restrooms
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleaning logs
• Follow all health and safety standards, including those specific to healthcare environments
• Handle biohazard disposal in accordance with OSHA and CNACC guidelines
• Communicate any maintenance or safety concerns to site supervisors

• Prior janitorial experience in a medical or surgical facility is preferred
• Certification in Perioperative Cleaning and CNACC (preferred or willing to train)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to follow detailed checklists and site-specific protocols
• Must pass a background check and health screening
