- Hours:

Responsible for managing, planning, and organizing the work activities of the mental health navigation, call center and care management center. This includes but is not limited to scheduling, registration, insurance verification, financial counseling, clerical support, and patient care requests throughout the Endeavour Health System.
What you will need:
- Masters Degree in health related field or BSN
- 2 years of supervisory experience; 3 years of healthcare experience
- Previous experience as Intake Associate, Behavioral Health Navigator, Assessment Speicialist or related job
- S trong working knowledge of the mental health code (MHC), the Joint Commission and the Confidentiality Act
- Substantial knowledge base of insurance plans such as Commercial, Managed Care and capitated plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers Compensation.
- Knowledge of DSM IV-R (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) diagnostic criteria and patient rights and law pertaining to mental health.
- Knowledge of the different levels of hospital mental health care-inpatient, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
- Current State of Illinois licensure e.g., Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or RN licensure
- Premium pay such as shift, on call, holiday and more based on an employee's job
