We are seeking an experienced eClinical Training Manager to help drive the successful adoption and implementation of our solutions across CTMS, eTMF, EDC, RTSM, and Safety & Pharmacovigilance software.

We are looking for a passionate and results‑driven eClinical Training Manager with hands‑on experience in clinical research software. This role will be critical in ensuring our clients can successfully adopt and maximize the value of Cloudbyz eClinical solutions. You will lead the development and delivery of training programs, create best‑practice documentation, and support our clients in optimizing their use of our software solutions.

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for CTMS, eTMF, EDC, RTSM, and Safety & Pharmacovigilance software.
• Tailor training materials for different user levels, ensuring content is relevant and accessible for both technical and non‑technical users.
• Conduct live and virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops for clients and internal teams.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and ensure successful software adoption and ongoing user engagement.
• Provide expert support during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth onboarding and addressing any learning barriers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on optimizing software use for greater efficiency and trial success.

• Develop and document business processes and best practices for the use of Cloudbyz eClinical software.
• Continuously update training materials and processes to reflect product enhancements, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

• Work closely with product, customer success, and technical support teams to ensure alignment in training efforts and feedback integration.
• Monitor customer feedback and usage trends to identify opportunities for additional training or process improvement.

• Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring that learning outcomes lead to measurable improvements in adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to product and development teams on training outcomes and areas for product improvements.

• Minimum of 5+ years in clinical research or eClinical solutions, with hands‑on experience in training and supporting CTMS, eTMF, EDC, RTSM, and Safety & Pharmacovigilance software.
• Strong background in clinical research processes and a solid understanding of software deployment in clinical trial environments.

• Proven experience in developing and delivering software training programs (virtual and in‑person).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Client‑focused, with a passion for delivering high‑quality customer experiences.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or related field. Advanced certifications or training in clinical research or eClinical solutions a plus.
