We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Public Involvement Project Manager to lead business growth, manage strategic initiatives, and oversee public involvement efforts on infrastructure-related projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives at the intersection of client development, project leadership, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Lead strategies to expand the client base, strengthen partnerships, and increase revenue.
Pursue new opportunities by developing proposals, responding to RFQs/RFPs, and positioning the firm as a leader in public involvement and strategic communication.
Represent Images, Inc. at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand awareness.
Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, community organizations, and private-sector partners.
Project Management
Develop and implement public involvement and strategic communication plans for infrastructure projects.
Coordinate project delivery, ensuring budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Facilitate public meetings, open houses, and outreach events to gather meaningful community input.
Create and manage public-facing materials such as presentations, fact sheets, and digital content.
Track and analyze public feedback, preparing reports to inform project decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in project management and business development, with a focus on strategic communication or public involvement.
Prior experience with infrastructure-related projects strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
Proven success developing proposals and pursuing new business opportunities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Willingness to travel 20–40%.
