** EQUIPMENT OPERATORS - 3RD SHIFT - HOOPESTON, IL**
* ** Levels = I, II, and III are available**
* ** Hourly pay rate - I = $19.35 - $19.70, II = $21.25 - $21.60, and III = $25.20 -$25.55**
* ** Training: 12-hour training shifts run Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 7 am until the 8-hour shift is implemented, at which time the 8-hour shifts you listed will apply.**##
** OVERVIEW:
** As a Manufacturing Equipment Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations by safely and efficiently operating various equipment and machinery. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to start a career in manufacturing and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment.##
** WHAT YOU'LL DO:
*** Operate designated machinery and equipment within the manufacturing plant according to standard operating procedures.
* Set up equipment, make adjustments, and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
* Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
* Conduct visual inspections of equipment to identify potential issues or defects.
* Assist with loading and unloading materials onto machines.
* Meet production quotas and quality standards consistently.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
* Maintain a clean, organized work area.
** WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
*** High school diploma or equivalent.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operations.
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and quality.
* Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects when necessary.
* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
* Commitment to safety practices and procedures.
* Proficient in basic math and measurement concepts.

* Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently after training.
* Capability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
