We are a high-quality child care center in Naperville, and we are looking to grow our staff at our 83rd Street location (1928 Springbrook Square Drive, Naperville). This position is a Cook / Kitchen coordinator. In this role, you will have the chance to engage with children of all ages.

We serve two meals and one snack per day. Our food is catered by an outside company, but we rely on the cook / kitchen coordinator to portion out and serve the food to each classroom.

In the role of cook at our preschool, you will:

• Ensure the safe handling and preparation of all food;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to food handling;
• Maintain appropriate portion sizes;
• Wash dishes after meals;
• Keep track of food and paper products that need to be ordered;
• Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and children.

Hours are approximately 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Hourly Rate Starting at $17.50 per hour
