Location: Plainfield, IL (Hybrid | Fully Remote After Training)
Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary (Bi-weekly) + Uncapped Commission (Paid Monthly)

• Engage warm leads via inbound/outbound calls, texts, email, and live chat
• Guide customers through tailored solutions that meet their needs
• Close deals and build lasting relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Deliver post-sale follow-up and support
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Consistently hit (and exceed) your individual and team sales goals
• Grow your product knowledge and sharpen your sales skills

• A sales-driven mindset with a hunger for commission-based earnings
• Experience Inside sales or customer-focused sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence using CRM systems, email platforms, and multitasking tools
• Organized
  , self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• $50,000 base salary (bi-weekly pay)
• Uncapped monthly commissions – no limit on your earning potential
