Mike’s Inc., a union shop, is seeking a full-time Truck Parts Counterperson for their facility in South Roxana, IL.

Responsibilities

• Utilize electronic catalogs, parts/unit reference books and internal computer system to resource information.
• Process orders, billing, credit returns, cores, and transaction reconciliation.
• Problem Solving
• Answer phone calls from service shops and customers delivering outstanding customer service.
• Sell parts and accessories to customers and communicate order status.
• Quote jobs and order parts for union technicians in our service department.
• Accurately look up part numbers.
• Process payments cashiered in the Parts Department.
• Maintain friendly interactions and a high level of professionalism with our customers and employees.

Pay:
From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours:
