Role:
Business Development Director, Integrated Solutions, driving enterprise-level sales and strategic partnerships for bioprocessing solutions across the Americas.
- develop and execute regional go-to-market and partnership strategies
- identify, qualify, and close complex solution-based opportunities
- build trusted executive relationships
- coordinate proposal development
- support post-sale implementation
- and leverage industry networks to expand market presence.
- Bachelor's in engineering, life sciences, or biotech
- 10+ years of biopharma sales/business development experience with proven success in enterprise solution sales
- deep knowledge of bioprocessing operations, GMP environments, and automation
- strong executive communication and negotiation skills
- ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- travel up to 50%.
