Accounting Search is seeking a traveling field technician to test and maintain high-voltage substation equipment for utility and industrial customers across the Midwest. You will operate from a home base near Chicago or Springfield IL, or Madison or Green Bay WI, and travel up to 100% with per diem.
You’ll test HV systems up to 765 kV, inspect switch gear and transformers, and validate control and transfer schemes using advanced test equipment in diverse field environments.
