• Consult franchise ownership clients on business processes such as succession and tax planning
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements
• Develop and train team members to build inspiring careers
• Perform a range of tax procedures in accordance with the size and complexity of the engagement
• Review complex partnership, S‑corp, pass‑through, and HNW personal tax returns
• Attend industry‑leading events and trainings

• Minimum six years of experience in a tax role with a public accounting firm
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Active JD, CPA, or EA certification
• Driven to support a firm that fosters aspiring career goals
• Strong problem‑solving skills and confident to bring solutions to the table
• Passion for helping clients’ businesses succeed strategically
