Overview
Main Objective: Primary responsibilities include accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger processing for nonprofit and other accounting close support for additional family office entities as needed.

Education and ExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred. 1 year of accounts payable and/or accounting experience preferred. Background in golf club accounting and/or hospitality industry accounting preferred.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements /Specialized Courses and/or Training- Tech Savvy with advanced Microsoft Office
365 skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Word - Ability to work on confidential information and exercise discretion and sound judgement
- Problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously with high attention to detail
- Detail-oriented
- Highly adaptable with excellent time-management and follow-through skills
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills required
- Working knowledge of PCs, databases, and general office equipment
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Language and Communication SkillsAbility to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
