As an AP Clerk, will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payment processing within our automotive dealership.
Responsibilities:- Process and verify invoices related to automotive parts, services, and expenses.
- Match purchase orders and receipts to invoices for accuracy.
- Maintain accounts payable ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare checks and electronic payments on schedule.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve billing issues.
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Previous experience in automotive accounts payable
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
