POSITION SUMMARYThe Executive/Personal Assistant will provide high‑level administrative, operational, and personal support to two executives who manage both business and household priorities. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to juggle shifting demands with professionalism. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and acts as a seamless extension of the executives – protecting their time, maintaining structure, and supporting a blended business and personal life.

- Maintain complete control of both executives’ calendars, inboxes, schedules, and priorities.
- Prepare documents, agendas, briefings, and follow‑ups for all meetings.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between the executives and internal team members.
- Manage business and personal projects end‑to‑end, ensuring deadlines are always met.
- Coordinate complex travel, logistics, reservations, itineraries, and last‑minute adjustments.
- Oversee household management including maintenance scheduling, appointments, and vendors.
- Protect the executives’ time through effective gatekeeping and decision‑filtering.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal, financial, and business information.
- Support family logistics including childcare coordination, travel preparation, and errands.
- Represent the executives with professionalism in all interpersonal and written communication.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and system‑driven.
- Calm under pressure; thrives in fast‑changing environments.
- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship‑building skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented.
- Polished communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal direction.

- Loyal, dependable, and committed to long‑term partnership with the executives.
- 5–10+ years of experience supporting C‑level leaders, founders, or family offices.
- Experience managing dual executives or hybrid business/personal support roles.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools (), CRM platforms (Hub Spot), and travel software.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and AI tools.
- Clean driving record and valid passport (travel required).
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, or extended hours based on executive needs.
- Hospitality, luxury service, or concierge background is a strong plus.
- $80,000–$119,000 annual – depending on experience and location (Naples, FL high preferred)
