Minimum Requirements (Education/Experience)
  • High school diploma or GED;
  • Three to five years of related experience and/or training.
  • If responsible for school activity funds: a minimum of two years bookkeeping with at least one year in an educational setting.
  • Ability to manage support personnel, schedule tasks, delegate tasks, and assist Principals or other administrators.
  • Excellent communication with stakeholders at district and community levels.
  • Ability to de‑escalate conflicts with irate parents.
  • Knowledge and understanding of legal requirements regarding student confidentiality and maintaining confidentiality for staff.
