Position: AUTOMOTIVE TIRE TECHNICIANS ($800 New Hire Bonus)

Join Mavis Tire as an AUTOMOTIVE TIRE TECHNICIAN (with a $800 New Hire Bonus) in the Naples, FL area. This full‑time role is part of our brand‑recognised service and retail network, covering over 2,000 locations nationwide.

Mavis offers eligible technicians guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, totalling up to $800!

Responsibilities
  • No experience is needed – you’ll receive paid training and ongoing coaching on Mavis’s industry‑leading processes.
  • Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing and flat repairs to keep vehicles safe.
  • Deliver best‑in‑class automotive service while earning weekly bonus payments tied to every service you perform.
