Role DescriptionPine Ridge Imports is seeking an experienced Mercedes-Benz or BMW Technician to join our established European automotive repair shop in Naples, FL. The position is available now for a technician who values accurate diagnostics, quality workmanship, and a professional shop environment.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair Mercedes and BMW vehicles
- Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and drivability diagnostics
- Utilize OEM and factory-level diagnostic tools
- Communicate findings clearly with service advisors
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work practices
- Maintain accurate records of services performed
- Follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members
- 3+ years of hands on experience with Mercedes and/or BMW
- Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with European automotive systems and repair procedures
- Valid driver's license
- ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flat Rate: $35-$45 per billed hour
, based on experience - Consistent workflow supporting strong weekly hours
- Guaranteed minimum during initial onboarding period
