We are looking for a responsible and organized Purchasing Analyst to join our Operations team. You will play a key role in improving and analyzing our purchasing processes for a growing e‑commerce company. Your main duties will include:

• Performing forecasting and issuing purchase orders based on demand.
• Coordinating with product development, quality, and artwork departments to ensure orders move through the system efficiently.
• Analyzing costs and managing invoicing documentation.
• Negotiating with vendors throughout the purchasing process.
• Assisting the team in improving key performance indicators (KPIs).

You’re a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable working independently and with a team. You have an analytical mind, able to analyze data to determine the best course of action for day‑to‑day purchasing issues. You can understand and apply various forecasting models and are always looking for ways to improve existing systems.

• Proven experience in a purchasing or a related supply chain role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Full‑time, onsite in Naples, FL
