Overview
The After School Site Supervisor position supports the work of the YMCA of Collier County, Inc., a leading not-for-profit organization committed to strengthening the communities in Collier County through its core focus areas of Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility. The Site Supervisor is responsible for the development, implementation, and supervision of the Summer Camp Program, with support from the School Age Manager.
This role leads a team to provide high-quality school-age care for children in grades K-8, ensures YMCA standards and Department of Children and Families requirements are followed, and reports regularly to the School Age Manager.
- Meets all Department of Children and Family standards
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- 21 Years or older
- Certification in CPR and Basic First Aid
- Two years supervisory experience (preferred)
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA (preferred)
- Mid-Senior level
