Join a prestigious custom home builder with over 20 years of experience. They have done exclusive homes in Florida and are an award-winning builder, earning the prestigious CBIA Home Builder award in previous years.

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for luxury custom homes in Naples, Florida 8, sq. ft. valued up to $30M each.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing luxury custom home builds.
• 6-10 years in a management position.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring tasks stay on schedule and within budget.
• Safety & Quality Control: Enforce safety standards and ensure work meets quality and code requirements.
• Team Supervision: Lead and manage construction crews, ensuring safety and policy adherence.
• Communication: Act as the main liaison between clients, contractors, and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Address on-site issues quickly to keep the project on track.
• Competitive salary ($135k-$155k based on experience).
• Bonus opportunity ($15k-$50k).
