• Lead onsite teams and supervise a range of construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee and plan all onsite construction activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, forecast resources, and manage budgets.
• Evaluate progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Use scheduling software to track progress and document project status.
• Manage subcontractors, perform quality control, and maintain site safety.
• Adjust operations as needed to meet deadlines.
• Maintain daily logs and provide updates to management.
• Implement value engineering to optimize costs and efficiencies.
• Foster good relations with officials, owners, and trades.
• Assist in site preparation for project delivery.

• 5+ years of onsite supervision experience in multifamily residential construction.
• BS Degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of building codes and ADA laws.
• Experience with site construction, MEP trades, and interior finishes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to walk sites and perform inspections.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Ownership mindset, integrity, teamwork, and passion for construction.

The role is primarily onsite in Naples, FL, with some participation in company meetings at the corporate office. Safety is a priority, and all hazards are managed according to company policies.
