Labor Foreman

Overview

Manhattan Construction Company is seeking a Labor Foreman to oversee and coordinate labor crews on construction projects in Estero, FL. This role involves supervising site laborers, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and assisting with the transportation of on-site personnel. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, organized, and capable of leading a team effectively.

• Supervise and direct labor crews to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Perform and oversee site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Coordinate and assist with busing on-site personnel as needed.
• Assign daily tasks to laborers and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of labor hours and equipment usage.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members.

• Previous experience as a Labor Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must pass a drug test prior to employment.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to perform labor-related tasks when necessary.

• Pay rate:
  Approximately $20/hour.
