Are you a Construction Estimator with healthcare experience looking to take the next step in your career, gain real influence in preconstruction, and progress toward senior leadership within a growing contractor?

You will be trusted as a key part of the preconstruction team, supported by strong leadership, and developed through a clear progression path into senior estimating or preconstruction management.

This is a well-established and rapidly expanding contractor with a strong healthcare portfolio across Southwest Florida. They are known for delivering hospital expansions, medical office buildings, and technically complex renovations, often within live and occupied environments. Due to a consistent pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an Estimator to support their continued growth and long-term planning.

In this role, you will take ownership of the estimating process for healthcare projects from early budgeting through bid submission and turnover. You will review drawings and specifications, prepare detailed estimates, manage subcontractor pricing, and work closely with project teams to ensure accuracy and alignment from day one. Your input will directly influence how projects are priced, planned, and ultimately delivered.

This role would suit a Construction Estimator with healthcare experience who is motivated by responsibility, technical challenge, and long-term career progression within a stable and respected contractor.

• Healthcare Construction Estimator working on hospital and medical projects
• Prepare detailed estimates and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
• Manage subcontractor pricing, bid packages, and scope reviews
• Support preconstruction planning and smooth handover to project delivery teams

• Estimating experience within healthcare and or commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and estimating processes
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple bids simultaneously
• Detail-driven, dependable, and motivated by progression into senior estimating roles
