Project Manager – Luxury Custom Homes

We have partnered with a luxury custom home builder that is expanding its team in Naples.

The business specializes in delivering one-of-a-kind custom residences typically valued between $4M - $14M. The builds you'll be working on is a combination of ground up and renovations.

You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside and report to some of the most respected professionals in the industry.

This role would suit someone who has experience building luxury custom homes, understands the expectations of high-net-worth clients and can lead complex site operations with confidence, professionalism and exceptional attention to detail.

• 3 + years experience building luxury custom homes.
• Local to the Naples area
• Florida residential construction experience is strongly preferred
• Evidence of long-term commitment with a custom home builder
• Experience managing custom home builds or remodels from inception to completion, with values of $4m or above
