Guest Services Agent – About the Role

This role will not be onboarded until September 17th, 2025.

The Tennis Guest Services Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Four Seasons residents and guests, ensuring a high‑quality, engaging, and personalized experience. The agent manages the reception desk of the Recreation outlet, assists the Manager in maintaining recreation areas, and upholds the highest standards of service and professionalism.

What You Will Do
  • Be part of the pre‑opening team.
  • Manage the reception desk, greet guests, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and check out guests when they depart.
  • Respond to all guest needs and special requests in person or via phone and add personal recommendations where appropriate.
  • Utilize a Point‑of‑Sales system to accurately charge guests for services and retail items.
  • Recommend retail products to guests and describe tennis services and related activities.
  • Handle all member and guest interactions with professionalism, resolve complaints, and accommodate special requests.
  • Report maintenance issues to the manager.
  • Assist Tennis Attendants with responsibilities and duties in their absence or due to heavy volume periods.
  • Work closely with tennis professionals and other staff during lessons and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 1+ years in guest/customer service role; previous experience preferred in a tennis facility, spa or luxury setting; knowledge of the sport is a plus.
  • Experience with computers and Microsoft applications required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong work ethic, attention to detail.
  • Efficient, well‑organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
  • Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
  • Confident, outgoing personality and a can‑do approach to any request.
  • Position requires continuous standing, walking, and running for 8+ hours a day, ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and to be outside for extended periods.
  • Fluency in English required; current work authorization in the United States required.
