Zoom Tan is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in their Corporate Office in Naples, Florida
. Positions start at $20.00 per hour
, with potential for higher pay based on experience.

Offering a complete benefit package (Health, Dental, Vision, Matched 401(k) Plan, and Life and Disability Insurance) for all employees working over 30 hours per week. Full‑time employees also receive 3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) each year at hire.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing information and assisting in issue resolution.
• Receive a high volume of inbound calls; record call details and actions taken.
• Refer unresolved issues to the Customer Service or Salon Support Manager for investigation.
• Perform various office tasks such as copying forms, mailing client correspondence, and other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with working in multiple software platforms simultaneously.
• Ability to make appropriate decisions and remain calm and courteous at all times.
• Strong teamwork skills, capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
• Exceptional attendance and work ethic.
• Prior call center experience preferred.

• Full‑time position with flexible scheduling.
• Call Center operates Monday to Friday 10:00 am–8:00 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 am–5:00 pm.
