Office Manager – Massey Services, Inc.

Job Description

Based in Orlando, Florida, Massey Services is one of the nation’s largest and most respected service companies. With a history of providing quality service for over four decades, the company maintains more than 2,800 team members and operates over 2,400 vehicles across multiple states. The Office Manager will support daily operations and help ensure excellent customer service and administrative efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner; resolve inquiries, requests, billing questions, and schedule services.
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to confirm appointments, collect overdue payments, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Handle daily reporting and update customer account information.
  • Assist with accounts payable, human‑resources paperwork, payroll processing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is desired.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
  • Previous experience with customer service on the phone
  • Strong problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent computer, typing, and 10‑key skills
  • Time‑management talent and sense of urgency
  • Background checks will be completed on all candidates considered for hire.
