We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, managing waitlists, and coordinating with the waitstaff to ensure efficient service. • Welcome and greet guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Escort guests to their assigned tables and ensure they are comfortable
• Manage guest reservations and maintain an organized seating system
• Answer phone calls, take and relay messages, and provide accurate information to guests
• Assist in coordinating with the waitstaff to ensure smooth and timely service
• Maintain a clean and presentable host stand and lobby area
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the management team to improve guest experience and implement any required changes
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
