We are looking for a Dental Regional Business Partner to support our offices in the Naples area and join our management team. The role provides leadership, direction, and support to affiliated Dental Care Alliance offices within the region to ensure financial and operational success. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with Office Managers, staff, and dentists, have a strong background in HR and training, and identify solutions to increase revenue and help each office meet its goals.

Knowledge of key performance indicators, growth metrics, and clinical versus non‑clinical operations is essential, along with exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Oversee Office Managers to guarantee streamlined operations.
• Deliver comprehensive operational management direction and guidance to regional offices, focusing on non‑clinical staff.
• Recruit office managers and participate in the recruitment process for key office positions.
• Ensure strict adherence to Dental Care Alliance policies and procedures.
• Plan and implement programs to achieve the region’s operational goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state dental and employment regulations.
• Train and evaluate office and area managers continuously.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years supporting multi‑location practices preferred.
• Proven experience partnering with owner dentists, clinical leaders, and field executives.
• Strong working knowledge of a dental practice P&L and key drivers (production, collections, EBITDA).
• Deep understanding of dental practice scheduling and capacity management.
• Cross‑functional execution experience in HR, finance, revenue cycle, and clinical.
