If you have an outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, have dental knowledge and experience working as a Dental Assistant, we would love to meet you. This is a full‑time position working in a state‑of‑the‑art modern dental practice located in Naples, FL. Duties include, but are not limited to: prepare patients for treatments, take records, impressions, or x‑rays, select and set up instruments & equipment as needed, and assist the dentist through 4‑handed dentistry.

• Clinical Support:
  Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures.
• Patient Care:
  Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care.
• Radiography & Diagnostics:
  Take and develop X‑rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models.
• Compliance & Safety:
  Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake (if needed).
• Help dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.

• Completion of a one‑year certified dental assistant program.
• Six months on‑the‑job experience (with supporting documentation).
• X‑ray certification.
• Nitrous Oxide certification is highly recommended.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Dental Assistant are also expected to maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required by law.
