Hygienist

Are you a dental hygienist who believes exceptional patient care takes time, attention, and a personal touch?

We are a boutique, private dental practice in downtown Naples looking for a warm, professional, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team one to potentially two days per week.

This is not a high-volume office. We believe in providing our patients with an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. Our hygienists have the time to focus on one patient at a time
, build meaningful relationships, provide thorough care, and educate patients about their oral health.

• 1-hour hygiene appointments
• Time for thorough education, periodontal assessment, and quality care
• Modern technology and digital dentistry
• A team that genuinely cares about our patients and each other

• Caring, personable, and professional
• Passionate about providing exceptional clinical care
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable building long-term relationships with patients
• A positive team player who enjoys working in a small, collaborative environment
• Committed to making every patient's visit comfortable and special

Open Dental experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.

If you are looking for a practice where you can slow down, connect with your patients, and truly take pride in the care you provide
, we would love to meet you.
