$50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Naples, Florida – Onsite, Full‑time

• A professional degree in Architecture, Design, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with all phases of project deliverables
• Foundational knowledge of project design and construction documentation
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Sketch Up, Bluebeam, Microsoft, and Lumion
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Resourceful, detail‑oriented, motivated to learn, and possess strong problem‑solving abilities
• Collaborative, professional, and team‑oriented work ethic

• Prepare detailed drawings for schematic design, design development, and construction documents, including sketches, renderings, BIM models, graphics, details, sections, elevations, and schedules
• Exercise creative judgment and design application skills
• Contribute to design presentations and participate in client meetings as needed
• Compile data, perform design computations, and support production of amendments, addenda, and bulletins
• Perform site analysis, calculations, and surveys of existing conditions and field measurements
• Work alongside and understand the functional organization of the project team
• Utilize strong technical skills in Revit and other design application software
• Complete fulfilling work and continue to learn along the way
• Assist with coordination among team members and consultants
• Prepare Construction Administration documentation under supervision of an Architect or Senior Architect
• Self‑check work for accuracy, completeness, legibility, and compile in accordance with MHK standards
• Participate in design reviews, charrettes, and pinups
• Communicate ideas and thoughts in a way that inspires and empowers others
