Highly respected, independent, not-for-profit, two-hospital health system with 1,100+ affiliated physicians serving one of the fastest-growing regions in the United States is looking for a Medical Oncology leader to grow their new cancer program. .

Job Highlights:

$750,000 base salary plus a 5% quality bonus

Sign on and relocation allowance available

Director title with support from a prestigious academic program

Build, grow and lead a team starting from the ground up.

Outstanding support from both Health system leadership, and the local community

Candidate Requirements:

Director level position therefore candidate is required to have a minimum of 5 years of post residency experience and at least 1-2 years of direct leadership experience.

Must be board certified in Oncology, Hem/Onc or Rad Onc.
