As a STEM Teacher, you will be responsible for developing learning activities and hands-on material, tending to individual student needs, and communicating regularly with parents.

• Developing STEM curricula.
• Planning daily lessons.
• Adopting a data-driven attitude toward measuring learner progress.
• Developing STEM learning activities and hands-on material for classes.
• Attending to individual student needs.
• Demonstrating an awareness of different student backgrounds and cultures.
• Communicating regularly with parents.
• Providing extra support to students who need it.
• Monitoring student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Using learner data to constantly refine your curriculum.
• Providing regular feedback to students.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor s degree (BA) from an accredited college or university or equivalent.
• Possession of valid teaching certification (as appropriate).
• Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years successful teaching experience (may include Student Teaching Internship experience).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Command of grades/subject specific content and theoretical knowledge of learning theory, including motivation, reinforcement, evaluation, and feedback techniques.
