Job Description

We provide engineering consulting in the following areas:

• Structural Inspections
• Water Intrusion Investigation
• Concrete Restoration
• Painting and Waterproofing
• Asphalt Pavement Evaluations
• Roof Consulting & Design
• Seawalls & Retaining Walls
• Project Management
• (O.A.R.) Services
• Reserve Studies
• Property Turnover Surveys
• Property Condition Surveys
• Asset Lifecycle Analysis (ROI)
• Drainage, Erosion, and Settlement
• Expert Witness Services

All Staff Engineers will be responsible for:

• Property Condition Assessments
• Geotechnical site research
• Field construction materials phase testing and inspections
• Assisting with soil boring and/or test pit investigations
• Building science and engineering field work
• Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

1-3 years experience

Must have degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
